The Growth Agency, a dynamic marketing agency serving international corporate clients, is seeking a talented Junior Designer to join our vibrant team. Our agency, with team members across three continents, specializes in social media design, user experience, advertising, and mobile-first design. We thrive on creative brainstorms and excel in branding, offering a culturally rich and international work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Execution: Deliver high-quality design work focusing on UI/UX, graphic design, and digital/web projects. This includes social media designs, advertising materials, landing pages, and brand identity elements.
- Project Management: Efficiently manage multiple design projects in parallel, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the creative development team to conceptualize and implement design solutions. Participate in creative brainstorms to foster innovative ideas.
- Design Presentation: Develop and present design concepts and drafts, effectively communicating your creative vision to team members and clients.
- Time Management: Independently manage your workload and deadlines, ensuring efficient progress and quality outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe XD.
- Demonstrable experience in designing digital/web projects with a keen interest in visual identity design.
- A diverse portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering aesthetically appealing and functional designs.
- Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills.
- Fast learner, eager to develop new skills and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
Nice to Have:
- 2+ years of industry experience in a similar role.
- Experience in designing immersive online experiences and familiarity with HTML/CSS or WordPress theme builders.
