Marketing Automation for the Royal Belgian Football Association

The Belgian Football Association wanted to communicate in a more personalised way to fans of different Belgian football fans through all their channels, like their ecommerce platform, their mobile app, their website and their social media channels. We looked at their data sources and set up a list of requirements for their CRM & marketing automation strategy. We then arranged vender demo's from different marketing automation & CRM tools like SalesForce, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics and Adobe Campaign. We advised them on the right tool for their needs and their marketing automation strategy.
