Eveline is our founder and the one who eats strategy for breakfast. She is in charge of budgets, KPI’s and growth plans. During her high school years, Eveline was wearing baggy pants and listening to 2PAC & Biggy. We have proof. Just ask. If you ever catch her looking off into the distance, it’s either because she wants to order sushi or she’s hungry thinking of ways to increase your profit. She’s also the biggest victim of marketing. But the biggest office sweetheart.

Head of SEO
An ex-bank director, SEO-tool builder and avid diver who uses his people skills and everlasting calmness to get things done. He’s the guy who loves to collect startup t-shirts wherever we go. We think that’s cool. So what does this guy with the most Polish name ever does at The Growth Agency? He’s our Head of SEO. And beware, he loves to ask people to show their funnel, or talk dirty data.

Head of Data
Meet Husain, our Head of Data and resident data aficionado. Whether he’s crunching numbers or sampling the latest pizza joint, Husain is always on top of his game. With a background in software engineering and a previous role as a senior consultant at Deloitte, Husain brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. When he’s not geeking out over data, you can find Husain lost in the pages of Isaac Asimov’s Foundation series, grooving to blues jazz, or tending to his aquarium (complete with plenty of cute feline admirers). Husain’s expertise in BI Analytics, AI & Machine Learning, and Digital Marketing makes him the perfect partner for clients looking to decode and capitalize on their data. And with his witty humor and quick wit, he keeps us laughing and energized no matter how complex the task at hand. We’re thrilled to have Husain on our team and can’t wait to see where his data insights take us next!

UX-UI Expert & Graphic Designer
Farah is a designer during the day. And UX researcher by night. She spends most of her time researching, creating wireframes and wrapping up lovely designs for our customers. From branding guidelines to full-blown website redesigns. Did I say she developed our website from scratch? She got everyone covered. We know that she surely one day will be running her own creative show on Behance every Friday. But first, she has to deal with her traveling addiction. Which has come to the cost of carrying cat food in her purse. Even when she doesn’t own any cats. I think we can all agree she’s a bit cat crazy. But that’s a good thing. Right?

Meet Pierre! He’s our SEO & SEA specialist and Agency Manager, but he is also responsible for A/B testing, setting up analytics and everything that involves data and growth. He’s a geeky guy who loves the Medieval times. That means painting medieval models and reading a loooot of books about that period. His best dish? Lasagna, hands down! If you’re in a Zoom call with him, you might see his fluffy cat Karlito run over the keyboard from time to time.. We wouldn’t be able to say no to that cutie either!

Another great addition to our marketing team! Marinela is a chemical engineer by degree who switched the lab with a laptop! She’s our kickass digital marketing manager and also the most organised person you can imagine. We admire the way she optimizes our marketing processes and manages the team. When this lady is not working hard to help our clients, you can find her outdoors on loooong walks with her big husky!

Say hello to our Developer! Michael can not get enough of a Maltese dish called Timpana, which is a pasta in a pie… and Python! It’s safe to say has a knack for artificial intelligence. Did you know that he started coding at the age of 12? Next to that, he also plays the guitar and even performed at a festival last year. He literally rocks! This young Maltese talent helps our clients with web development, data analysis, and back-end building. Did we mention that he is also the funniest person on the team?

Meet Karolina, this arts crafty lady lives in Poland and she is our Junior Growth Marketer. She loves to submerge herself in new trends and is extremely passionate about Web3 and the Metaverse. Karolina is working on SEO, inbound marketing, marketing automation and lead generation. She loves to DIY and is a big believer of experimentation.
