Insurance claim web-app redesign
Redesign of a web based app with a focus on UX and UI
We got a chance to redesign the client zone of Europ asisstance. The client zone is a web-app where customers can easily claim their reimbursement online and get other info related to their insurance package.
Europ Assistance, part of Generali, is one the largest insurance providers in the world. The company offers travel insurance, cancellation insurance, road side assistance and operates through 33 countries around the world. We are the lead digital agency for the Belgian market.

Problems
The EA Client zone refund page had a complicated interface, outdated design, and was no added information for customers to see the progress of their claim and reimbursement. This caused a lot of questions and put pressure on their customer center.
Result
The main purpose of the redesign is to make the claiming process easier, transparent, and at the same time educate the client about the progress.
The refund page has 3 sections, the first one is an ongoing claim, second is draft, and the third is a request for a new claim. In the ongoing claim section, the user can easily check the claim progress and upload necessary documentation.
