Product funnel

Problems

Outdated design, a lack of information for each option and not optimized in mobile.

Result

We updated the design to look more simple and clean. We added the new Welcome page showing the overview of what is the funnel about, and we also introduce more description in each option so the user can have more understanding about the option itself without having to click the information button.

Overview

Problems

In general the current design is out dated and could be drasticly improved. We’re working on the weak areas to make them strong enough, changing the flow when is necessary. We also add a lot of additional features to ensure easy usage.

Result

The layout for the new design for the app is aligned with the new website to ensure consistency in both platforms. We improve the flow to be more transparent and easy. Such as changing the flow in the Request an assistance page, the old design put all the info form in one page so which makes the user overwhelmed, and we change it to a few steps page so it’s easier to guide them in each information category. We also created the Account page where users can manage their info and subscription details which not existed in the old apps and many more.
